Hi, I'm Angel and on this site I'll include everything I know about my favorite Tarot/Oracle/Self-Help Deck Designer: Maralee Fox-Heins. I've included information about Maralee's decks, some card photos, deck reviews, her bio, a list of her fansites, etc.

I became interested in Maralee's inspired tarot decks years ago when I bought a copy of her first deck: the Lady Eclipse Tarot. This clever majors only deck blew me away and I've been a dedicated fan ever since. Maralee's created quite a few decks since I bought her first. The completed ones are the Soul Reflections Tarot, the Catch a Falling Star Tarot, the highly guarded C. C. Deck, the online Austin Powers Tarot, the SOLD OUT Soul Reflections Tarot Collector's Edition, the Stepping Out Tarot, the When I Grow Up Oracle, the Down Under Tarot, the Soul Repair Deck, the Wish Upon A Star deck, the Get-A-HeadTarot, the Home, Sweet Home Tarot, and the Retro Cats Tarot. She has even more tarot and oracle decks in different stages of progress like the Celebrity Tarot, the Wired Up Tarot, the Tarot of Wars, the Police Academy Tarot, the Bewitched Tarot, the I Dream of Jeannie Tarot, the Hawaii Five-O Tarot, the Retro Groove Tarot and there are many more decks to follow, some which are already listed on her site. Maralee's also been studying and reading tarot cards and using other divination methods since 1973 so she knows how to create decks that work. I'm fortunate enough to have both her Lady Eclipse and Soul Reflections Collector's Edition and they are perfect reading decks.

What I think makes Maralee's decks so special is she's a complete original. Her ideas for decks haven't been explored before plus she puts everything into her work and isn't afraid to show things other tarot artists shy away from. For example: in her Catch a Falling Star Tarot, she takes us deep into her personal life which includes her own family, her side of the family, and even her husband's side and brilliantly reveals the happiness as well as the turmoils. I've never seen another tarot creator even attempt to convey something so personal yet so perfect for a tarot deck. I see parts of my own family in this deck and I think nearly everyone else will too. I can't wait to be able to buy this deck!

Another original deck that's unlike any other is Maralee's Stepping Out Tarot. This deck is a tarot but more importantly, a self-help deck that will help the reader or their client to look into and then step out of their dark, shadowy side to help bring about healing and positive change. Maralee created this special shadow tarot concept early on in 2005 and it is unmatched by any other tarot deck! She says the Stepping Out Tarot is not a deck for anyone who is afraid of facing their shadow stuff and I can see what she means because she goes into some dark subjects like abuse, betrayal, envy, greed, manipulation, and more making this innovative deck yet another frontrunner accomplishment for Maralee.

To the right and below you'll find links to even more information on tarot expert and Soul Pattern authority Maralee Fox-Heins. Maralee's highly guarded C. C. Deck was picked up by a publisher along with several more of her tarot/oracle/self-help decks and they also picked up some of her books on tarot, Soul Patterns, spellwork, and more. I can't wait to get my hands on Maralee's "The Ultimate Tarot Guide" or her "Soul Patterns: The Secret to Unlocking Your Destiny." Rumor has it that she signed an exclusive long term contract with the publisher but I haven't been able to confirm this since everything is being kept so hush, hush.

Maralee even updated her coolest of the cool online Austin Powers Tarot and, as promised, she's added the GROOVIEST of meanings to the cards on her website (BOTH reversed and upright meanings)! I'd give anything to have this deck published because it reads so well, even though it's an online deck!

Maralee is offering her trademark Soul Pattern paintings for sale on her site too. I will warn you that they are on the high end pricewise but it's a very small price to pay for the quality of the the paintings plus the insightful information you get is worth its weight in gold! Just like Maralee says on her website: Soul Pattern paintings are The gift that's unlike ANY other.

Maralee's Retro Cats Tarot is uber-cool (a quote taken from a post in a tarot forum), is ready for publication, and will be released later this year. This deck is causing quite a splash . . . the majority is very excited and can't wait to get their hands on it while a teeny, tiny few are nothing but envious spoilsports (its really easy to spot who they are, lol). It doesn't matter what the small-minded say though because the Retro Cats Tarot is an undeniable megahit. Read the Retro Cats review on my site. After getting written permission directly from Maralee, I added the Emperor card which is like a homage to the James Bond 007 movies. Maralee also pays respect to other retro characters in the Retro Cats Tarot but I'm not allowed to reveal any more. I'll be adding more info to this page ANIBA (As new information becomes available).
